Sizing Chart

Framed Prints

All artwork is professionally printed and framed in Melbourne using premium museum quality archival paper and Black/White or Australian Raw Oak Timber.

Glass will be used for pickup and local orders. All items dispatched via mail will be in premium acrylic glass to avoid breakage.

Total Size = Print size plus 4-6cm

Production Time

All prints are made to order. Frameless prints are
dispatched within 1-3 business days. Framed orders are dispatched between 3-7
business days. During busy periods, prints might take up to 10 business days to be
dispatched.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGE 

As all items are custom made-to-order not pre-made, as such once an order is placed, refunds are note possible for change of mind.

Please note: returns due to change of mind are eligible for an exchange only. Each frame is made to order, and therefore personalised and exempt from refund.

Gift Cards

In the case that your purchase is defective or damaged,
FreddiePits Studio will replace it. If you wish to exchange the product for the same item, please get in touch via email at support@freddiepitsstudio.com.au for a returns authorisation. 

 Please note that damaged
prints will only be eligible for replacement if the fault is deemed as a manufacturing error. If the print is blemished by general wear and tear, it will not be replaced.

 

RETURNS PROCESS

To complete your return, proof of purchase is required in either the form of a receipt, tax invoice or bank statement. This must be printed out and included in your returns parcel.

SALE ITEMS 
All discounted items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. They are final sale. 

GIFT PURCHASES

In case that the item was purchased as a gift and was stated as such in the checkout section of the order, a credit voucher will be issued (via email) to you for the value of the item once it has been returned to our warehouse.

 RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable for returns, and
customers are responsible for return shipping costs. FreddiePits Studio reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from refunds that are received in the form of a gift certificate.
